About me
I’ve personally used mindfulness, cognitive behavioural techniques and hypnosis throughout my life and have experienced the benefits first hand. I struggled with anxiety in my twenties, which deepened after suddenly losing my father, and it manifested as physical pain and panic attacks. I’ve been at the sharp end of mental health and know that true support doesn’t come from having all the answers, but from understanding what it feels like to be there and finding your own way forward with practical tools and compassion.

I’m endlessly curious and continue to grow my knowledge through regular professional development, always keeping up to date with the latest research in mental health and positive psychology. I began my MSc in Psychology at the start of last year, which has been both challenging and rewarding, and it continues to shape the way I work with people.
I’m a mum of two girls, married to Dale, and passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing. I went sober at the end of 2022 and have never looked back. I’d found myself in a rut, so I applied the same psychological tools and mindset shifts that I now share with others, and the results changed everything. I now support people who want to explore their relationship with alcohol or simply create more balance and confidence in their lives.
In the last couple of years I’ve also taken up running, love Pilates and became a dog mum to Harry, our red cocker spaniel who’s my walking and cuddling companion.

Walking the Walk

I’ve seen first-hand how anxiety, overthinking, fears and even past experiences can take hold of your mind and wear you down. I’ve also seen how grief can shake you to your core. These experiences have given me deep empathy for anyone navigating difficult emotions, and I meet each person exactly where they are, without judgment, helping them build the tools and mindset needed to move forward.
