Our sessions are focused on understanding how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours work together, and then using practical tools to shift patterns that no longer serve you.

About My Approach

I am an accredited and fully insured Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in the UK, specialising in habit change, anxiety and emotional wellbeing. My work combines CBT and hypnosis within a psychology-based, evidence-informed framework. Every technique I use is grounded in current, valid and relevant psychological research, ensuring that the tools you learn are both effective and sustainable. I am an accredited practitioner with the GHR and GHSC, and a Senior Member and Registered Supervisor with the ACCPH. Senior membership is awarded to professionals with significant experience in clinical practice, offering reassurance that you’re in safe and qualified hands.​

What began as a small local practice has grown into an international service, with clients from around the world accessing sessions online. Together, we focus on achievable, measurable goals and work towards lasting change. You can begin with a short, structured 4–6 week programme or opt for ongoing support at a pace that suits you. My approach is forward-focused. Rather than delving into the past, we work on the present and identify what can shift now to help you move toward the life you want.​

About Hypnotherapy

​

Hypnotherapy isn’t about being “put under” or losing control. It’s a calm, focused state of attention that helps you access new ways of thinking and responding. You remain fully aware and in control at all times. In fact, hypnosis is a skill that you learn and practice, and I guide you through that process. Most of the therapeutic work happens outside of hypnosis, but we use it to reinforce new coping strategies through guided relaxation, imagery and mental rehearsal. This combination of CBT and hypnosis is what makes the process both powerful and efficient often producing change within a few weeks.​
